Spring 2025 MCAS Alternate Assessment

Dear Principals and Directors of Charter Schools, Approved Private Special Education Schools, Educational Collaboratives, Special Education in Institutional Settings, and Alternative Adult/External Diploma Programs:

The purpose of this website is for you to order additional materials needed for the preparation and submission of spring 2025 MCAS Alternate Assessment (MCAS-Alt).

Please verify the quantities of materials shipped to you before ordering additional materials.

In order to maintain a standard test administration and reporting schedule across all schools, this form must be completed according to the dates listed in the administration schedules posted to the Department's website at www.doe.mass.edu/mcas/cal.html.

Please refer to the Department’s website at www.doe.mass.edu/mcas/alt for information about the MCAS-Alt.

Remember that each student’s completed binder must be submitted with an MCAS-Alt Student Identification Booklet (SIB).

Please note that you will need to enter a Ship Code from the Materials Summary form to order additional materials.
