UPS Pickup Request
November 2024 MCAS ELA and Mathematics Retests

Dear Principals and Directors of Charter Schools, Approved Private Special Education Schools, Educational Collaboratives, Special Education in Institutional Settings, and Alternative Adult/External Diploma Programs:

The purpose of this website is for you to schedule your school's pickup of test materials from the November 2024 MCAS ELA and Mathematics Retests. Automatic pickups have been prescheduled for your school on the dates listed in the administration schedule linked below. Use this system only if your school would like to schedule an earlier pickup.

In order to maintain a standard test administration schedule across all schools, UPS pickups must be scheduled and occur according to the dates listed in the administration schedules posted to DESE's website at www.doe.mass.edu/mcas/cal.html.

NOTES:
Do not leave secure materials unattended while waiting for UPS pickup. The principal is responsible for ensuring that materials are kept in locked storage until they are given directly to the UPS driver.

  • You will need to provide the total number of cartons in your shipment. Do not schedule a separate pickup for each carton.
  • UPS may come to pick up your school's materials anytime during your school's business hours (which you will enter on the next screen). Please schedule a minimum of a six-hour window for the pickup.
  • Requests for pickup on the following business day must be placed before 3:00 p.m. (Requests for same-day pickup and requests for pickup more than two days in advance cannot be honored.)
  • You may give your cartons to your UPS driver if you have regularly scheduled service. If you choose this option, call the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103 or email mcas@cognia.org to report that the pickup has been made.

Please contact the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103 or via email at mcas@cognia.org if you have any questions or problems accessing this website.

For more information about MCAS, please visit DESE's website at www.doe.mass.edu/mcas/.

Thank you for understanding that returning test materials by the prescribed deadlines is critical to maintaining their security.
